Justice Minister Abubacarr Tambadou, AKA BAA Tambadou, has resigned from Barrow’s government, Freedom Newspaper can reveal. Tambadou tendered his resignation letter on Wednesday. Tambadou is said to have secured a job at the United Nations.
The Gambian government hasn’t commented on Tambadou’s departure from the administration. Tambadou is the second official to leave the administration.
First to part company with the government was Alasan Senghore, the Coordinator of the COVID-19 response program.
It would be recalled that Tambadou resigned from the Barrow government back in 2018. He later rescinded his decision. Now, he has decided to leave the administration for good. He has resigned finally.
