Reliable sources, close to the UDP bigwig and current Gambia chief diplomat in Turkey, Hon Kemeseng Jammeh, has hinted to the Freedom Newspaper that the contract of Kemeseng is expected to end by May 15 of this year. Unless the contract is renewed by the relevant ministry of foreign Affairs, it’s likely that the former Jarra West MP might go back to Banjul at the end of his contract.
Contrary to news reports circulating on social media, Kemeseng Jammeh is not fired by Barrow. He’s still Gambia’s rep in Ankara Turkey.
It could be recalled that president Barrow fired UDP’s Ousainou Dabo, Lamin Dibba & Amadou Sanneh, last month.
